Replace damaged boards - $20.00 per board or $10.00 Sq. Ft. (wood included)

Rip out carpets $100.00 per room

IF AN ADDITIONAL COAT OF POLY IS NEEDED TO ACHIEVE THE NECESSARY LEVEL OF APPEARANCE THE COST WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL .25 CENTS SQFT  - OR A $50.00 MINIMUM CHARGE WHICH EVER IS GREATER
